It’s our goal to make your mattress buying experience a dream. Built with Houstonians in mind, we only ship our mattresses to the Greater Houston area.
We schedule a delivery date when you order, then call you one hour before we arrive.
We deliver and set up your mattress within five business days of your purchase.

For a contactless delivery we won't require a signature but instead will photograph the order at the doorstep for proof of delivery or ask you for a text confirmation. We will have your new mattress delivered within 2-5 business days and many times the same day!
Our delivery rate is a flat fee of $69.99 to areas within 50 miles of our Houston location
For areas outside of this radius, there will be a surcharge which will be added prior to delivery.
When we deliver, we set up the new mattress and take your old one to be recycled.
Our standard delivery area is shown on the map, in blue. If you need delivery outside this area, please contact us for a quote at 346-342-6963.
Warrants to the retail purchaser that the mattress and boxsprings noted on the reverse will be satisfactory and free from defects in materials with the limitations of this warranty.
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Houston Mattress 2 You mattress! Your mattress was made with the finest quality, the best of care, and professional craftsmanship. Our mattress will provide you with years of comfort and support.
Houston Mattress 2 You warrants against any defects in workmanship and materials (excluding the cover and handles) of your new sleep set. In the unlikely event that service is required due to such defects during the first year of purchase, your mattress foundation and/or box spring will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except for transportation costs. If service is required during the remaining years of warranty due to such defects, your mattress will be repaired or replaced at a charge shown below in the Houston Mattress 2 You Warranty Schedule, plus transportation costs. If you notice a defect, please contact your Houston Mattress 2 You retailer with any warranty claims. If your Houston Mattress 2 You retailer can not be reached, you could email directly to the manufacturing plant. To redeem your warranty, proof of purchase (including date of purchase) and the Mattress law tag must be provided.
Houston Mattress 2 You reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found to be in an unsanitary condition, soiled, stained, or when failure is due to causes other than defective materials or workmanship.
Queen and King size mattress require a metal bed frame (or bed base) with a rigid center support, a 6-leg bed frame for a king size mattress and a 5-leg bed frame for a queen size mattress. Improper support of mattress can and will void your warranty.
If identical materials are not available at the time of repair, Houston Mattress 2 You reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.
Compression of quilt and filling materials or BODY IMPRESSIONS, up to 1 - 1 1/2" that may occur in normal use of the product are not covered in the Warranty.
Any and all implied warranties of this product shall not exceed duration term of this limited warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is given by the Houston Mattress 2 You Manufacturer whose name and address appear on the law label attached to your Houston Mattress 2 You product. This warranty is given only to the initial purchaser and is effective from the date of purchase.
At Houston Mattress 2 You, we do things differently. We care about your best night’s sleep and have decades of learning and perfecting what it means to develop mattresses to deliver that! Here, your comfort is never up for negotiation.
It’s also important to remember that, just like with your favorite pair of jeans, it can take time to “break-in” a brand-new mattress. This is why we recommend allowing a 30-night period for the materials to adapt to your unique sleeping pattern before reporting a comfort concern.
The break-in period varies from mattress to mattress, however, the process should not take more than 90 nights. If after 30 nights, your bed is still uncomfortable, please call our showroom before 90 nights from your purchase to discuss the areas of discomfort with our mattress experts, so that we can find a solution. If you end up requiring a mattress exchange, we’ll take care of any price adjustments before the 90 night timeframe.
Re-selections due to comfort issues can be made for up to 90 nights.
This period begins the day you receive your mattress.
Re-selections may incur additional delivery fees.
All exchanges for a mattress of greater value may be subject to additional payment for the difference in price.
Any returned items not exchanged may be subject to an 20% restocking fee.
Issues regarding mattress size (twin, full, queen, king, etc…) or height may not be considered.
Procedure for consumer to receive Warranty is as follows:
Contact your Houston Mattress 2 You retailer, provide proof of purchase and law tag, explain the defect and return the product for service. Houston Mattress 2 You is not responsible for any injury sustained by the consumer as a result of a defected product. Please inspect the product on delivery date from your Houston Mattress 2 You retailer.
Houston Mattress 2 You is not responsible for furnishing a mattress or box spring for use or rent while a product is returned to Houston Mattress 2 You authorized dealer for repair or replacement.
HOUSTON MATTRESS 2 YOU CANNOT ACCEPT A COMFORT GUARANTEE RETURN IF THE MATTRESS IS STAINED.
